Being without heat in the winter is no fun. He did come out and is punctual. He did help with the partial power outage very quickly by doing a test on the pole. We did appreciate that very much. His diagnosis was we needed a new motor. After a few days he came back to replace the motor. Total cost between both visits and motor 400.00. After a few hours the heater stopped working. Can’t answer phone. So I’m going to explain why I was so mad about n my last post. Couldn’t answer phone or any texts to the point I got mad as I needed repairs done. Then reply’s to my review, we’ll put on your voice mail you are taking time off or answer texts, it’s not that hard if your running a business.

He claims he has knowledge but within a year, EVERYTHING he so called fixed, were actually fixed. The heater was bent, shoved upside down in the area, heater vents were not hooked up properly. Under walls not replaced. Other things wrong but that was the most costly to fix his fix.
