had a really nice stay quiet and nice people manager were very helpful. will stay with them again. Pool was very nice. Restroom clean.

The parks name should be Tropical Nightmare! The managers are in the wrong business, no personalities. In all my years of RVing. When (he) would approach you it was with an aggressive, arrogant, verbally assaulting tone in his voice. Speaking with the long time residents there they acknowledged that this is the way he has always been. He instills fear into the residents knowing most have permanent set-ups with nowhere to go. I would consider looking for a better Mobile Home Park before settling for Mobile Grove. The Lot rent is not stable and is raised quite frequently .
