My first time going to Mobile fusion and they were amazing!! Had me in and out in under 15 mins, fixed my device and it was far cheaper than I anticipated.
We used their services twice in two days, once for a broken phone screen, once for laptop issues, in both instances they quickly came up with the most cost effective solutions. They were extremely helpful. Their Patience with phone issues and set up was very much appreciated, probably saved me hours of general frustration. We will definitely be back for any tech issues
Not impressed by the lack of communication I received. When I dropped off my phone, I was quoted $275 - $300 depending on labor fee's. When I got the call that the phone was done, it jumped to $420! No one made effort to notify me of the extra labor or the price jump and I made it clear that my budget was $300. So easy to do business. I brought my iPhone 12 mini in to do a battery replacement and install a new screen protector. It was done in a timely fashion and was a very reasonable price. Will be back for sure!
