This place sucks. I went to stand #7, where Arshad replaced the back of my phone, but he did a horrible job. There was such a large gap that you could literally fit a penny in the back of the phone. Since I have a 30-day warranty, I talked to him about replacing it, but they refused to do anything about it and now he has blocked me and stopped responding. Never use this place, and especially don’t let Arshad fix your phone.

This place is a joke. If I could give it 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. I brought my sister and I here to get the back of our phones fixed. Waited two hours for the sloppiest work I’ve ever seen done on a phone. There was glue everywhere on the edges and the phone smelled so bad. They also didn’t use clamps to clamp down the phone but instead they used rubber bands to hold it together. I would not recommend their service at all. I brought my iPad for a screen replacement. Paid $200 up front. Received my iPad the next day and when I got home and started using my Apple Pencil on the screen, vertical lines appeared. I looked it up and it said that happens when a screen replacement wasn’t done correctly. We took it back the next day and Zahraa tried to tell me I broke it from applying too much pressure on the screen. That makes zero sense. I finally decided to have my screen protector replaced. The guy was helpful in explaining the differences between screen protectors. I asked him to allow me to remove my own Otterbox phone case because I know it’s not easy to remove. He reassured me, “I can handle it, this is what I do”. I spent $30 to have the screen protector replaced and was happy with it until I noticed that part of the inside of my Otterbox case was cracked.
