I went here because the Apple store didn’t have any availability to help me. My phone had stopped charging and I figured it was because the charger port was dirty, with dust and such. I went here because the Apple store told me they could clean it for me, but for a cost. I go and tell them I want the charging port cleaned out. I experienced disappointing service at the Baybrook Mall location, where a low-grade screen protector was used to replace my iPad screen. Although the replacement was completed within an hour, the new screen fractured in half after just one week, despite no apparent damage to the tempered screen protector itself. When I sought assistance under the warranty, the staff quickly dismissed my claim, suggesting intentional damage, and ultimately did not honor the warranty. Fast and perfect service!
Ricky was awesome!!! I went to get my screen fixed and he had it done in 15mins! Unfortunately two days later something internal in my phone went out and was not covered by the warranty, but he still went out of his way to discount the repair! Again, done in 15mins! Also one of the cheapest place to have your phone repaired! Thanks Ricky!!!! Will be back
