I feel like we got ripped off BIG time to be honest. First we get charged a $175 trip fee for only coming across San Antonio plus $170/hr. For the guy to come & say that he don't have parts in his truck to fix an issue I told him on the phone was wrong. & that an additional "labor" would be charged @ $170 for him to go get the part & come fix the problem.
