Had to get some advice and accessories for my iPhone 12 mini. Issac was a great assistance to me and guided me in the right direction without trying to pressure me into something l didn’t want. Fantastic representative to your company and will definitely see him again for my future needs.
Dodgy service.
Was told that my phone would be fixed in an hour, they took 2 hours. The glass installed on my phone shattered within a week without even dropping the phone. The replacement camera on the phone was not a genuine apple part. It had dark spots and also shattered. I am suspicious also that they have tampered with my SIM card for data collection purposes. They have not been helpful when I tried contacting them.
Isaac helped me restore my 7yo old iPhone and extract all photos and videos off it, after Apple and others said it was impossible. Very appreciative.
Very kind and helpful and fixed me up with a screen protector for my iPad that works unlike other stores in Southland.
