ZERO stars would not let me write review so I had to put 1. Aboslute useless services and discussing communication. My husband had issue with charger point. It took them 5 -6 weeks to "fix it" in which we had 4 phone calls telling us they don't know what the issue is and how to fix it then 2 phone calls to tell us phone has been shipped somewhere else then one phone call to ask for personal password to enter the phone which we refused to share. Super happy with the prompt service, I initially thought it was a charging port replacement but they cleared out my port from the debris inside it on the spot and had me on my way very quickly. Super happy with the service , I will be coming back for any dramas in the future!
