An absolute sham and deplorable customer purpose. They are there to rip you off. After making a purchase, I found that the item was not fit for purpose. I returned within 20 minutes. I requested a refund and they suddenly produce a notification that they do not do refunds, quoting the ACCC. However their interpretation is totally wrong and they argue and argue then they get Security involved, which is bot problematical as they are just centre security.
