Owen was incredible! I brought in 2 Ipads and an iPhone (for two of my children) with issues charging, and Owen very quickly ran the diagnostics and got to work. I mentioned to him that I would also like new cases and screen protectors. He sent me on my way and when I came back he had fixed all of the issues, put on the screen protectors and had a selection of cases to chose from based on the conversation we had about my kids.
