My kids put the switch cartridge in the wrong way, and it got stuck. Mobile Experts Knox managed to get the cartridge out without damaging the internal parts of the console and the game cartridge also still works. Thank you so much for your help and expertise.
I bought a car charger , mobile case , glass screen cover back in Dec 2025 the charger has broken after one month of use I took back to shop thinking I would get a replacement staff very unhelpful & told me to send an email to head office ? Are you kidding me !! Customer service is what retail is about , this dealer clearly has no idea on that plus I had to wait half an hour for the shop to open back up in the middle of the day
