Smells like garbage
Manager is very incompetent. She doesn't even do her job and isn't even in the office most of the time. She is constantly moving in shady people but won't move in decent people that apply. There is supposed to be a rec room and laundry room, but they have been permanently closed. There have been no improvements made to anything in the four years I've been here. Manager doesn't even enforce any of the rules that are in the rental agreement that everyone signs before they move in.
