I won't give a one star because the sub woofer and equipment they installed works very well and sounds great. However their communication was poor, equipment is extremely marked up and they have a hidden credit card fee that I was not warned about and was not on the receipt. After contacting the store I was told I would be mailed a refund of the credit card fee, 1.5 months later and I have not received that check. Installed remote start and my sub/amp with a new deck. Best system setup I had.
Eric, the owner is great! He is very knowledgeable in many areas of audio and video, remote starting, alarm system, High end car audio, and he only deals in top quality merchandise!!!
