One of my employees had a breakdown and it was hell trying to find a mobile mechanic. Wade was tied up on a job but agreed to call me back as soon as he finished. Though we didn't end up needing his service, he stuck to his word and called me back and was willing to help on a Friday evening afterhours. He seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to help. He will be my first phone call for future needs.
