This is absolutely the best people in business. They fixed my car that was towed in from another shop and as I was giving up, hope I’ve got the phone call that the car is ready. I really appreciate Joe being very helpful and Rob, who actually took time and investigated the problem, another shop had my car for four months for a simple fuel leak repair Which ended up being a nightmare , car driven in didn’t start and they wouldn’t admit they made a mistake. where do I even start? I bought a radio that is specifically made for my car. Wanted to find someone to put it in. Call this company here and they said $250 but could be more, which I knew there would be as soon as they saw it…these days you can never go with quotes over the phone. I go in and He adds on another $250 = $500. I have been here for a couple different reasons. I had an amp and subwoofer installation in 2017 and recently I had my factory Bose system repaired. Their price was literally thousands of dollars less than what the dealership wanted. The technicians and owner are honest guys. Whom are looking out for their customers.
This place is a scamm!!!!! Front desk guy told me they were almost done with my car installation of state of IL intoxilock device and soon as I paid my money here comes another crook talking about they have to keep my car 4days!!!!! State of ILLINOIS is responsible for sending me to this location I would have never chosen such a place seems like it's a front location because how they affiliated was the date but ONLY HAVE 1 STATE DEVICE in the whole building!!!!!!! I had a backup camera and some backup lights that I tried to diagnose myself and fix and it could not I brought them to Mobile electronics and they fix it easily and quickly
