All the guys that work here are pompous asses. The installer that showed up was rude, didn't communicate well and left one of my rooms unsecured after using it. I am giving them 2 stars because what they installed worked. My main complaint is that they roll into your work area without talking to the staff that have to deal with the remnants of what they install. They just seem out of touch, and have poor communication. The equipment they use is definitely not top of the line either. No way I would recommend these guys for a ... read more

I asked them about installing a cruise control into my pick up and he said they would look into ordering parts. After I called him back he said that the parts are on back order and would be a while before parts to come in. After about 2 months I called again asking about parts, he said it was probably going to be impossible to get my hands on these parts. I called Auto Air and Cruise in Bismarck and he had the parts order and there at his shop with in 3 weeks. They lied about part availbility. To me that shows terrible custo... read more
