A thief
My appointment was at 2:30, it was 2:45 when he finally saw me. I gave him my money and then went to pee. As I was in the restroom, he knocked on the door and said whatever I had was cool. Then he had me sign the paper and told me it wasn’t enough urine to test. If I want to come back he would have to charge me again. I told him to give me some water and I could go, but he refused. He literally took my money

Drug test was inaccurate. Tested right afterwards at another facility and the results came back different.
