Tried calling and the person on the other line hung up on me immediately. Thought that something was wrong with the phone line so I called back and then was told to "stop calling" before getting hung up on again
Very disappointing. I had to replace the battery for my Google Pixel 3 and after seeing reviews of this place decided to go ahead with them. I followed all instructions the staff gave me in order to keep the battery in good shape, however, I started having issues with my phone dying while it still showed 60% battery left, only a couple days after the warranty was over.
