With over 8000 service calls, he also has perhaps THE essential tool, his canny ability to quickly assess the situation and propose a strategy to properly diagnose the issue (saving his clients down time and $$$). Very VERY genuine and honest. I called Mark and instead of charging me his $480 minimum (which candidly sounds reasonable) he walked me through a simple problem in a two minute conversation. I must say that shows a lot of honesty and integrity.

My wife and I live full-time in our motorhome so when driving through a recent torrential rain storm caused a DPF sensor code to trigger I knew I was in some trouble.
