This guy has the nerve to charge a minimum of 3 hrs at $200 Hr when I said ok Fine He asked were my Truck was he Refused to work on it because it was near the Dealership that I had it for almost a year with no service..What is the use of being Mobile? Im not paying almost 1000 Dollars to get my truck Towed some were he feels Comfortable....IF YOU ARE MOBILE!!!!

Mark did a great job in diagnosing and solving my start problem on our 2020 Newmar New Aire motorhome with the Cummins ISB engine on a Freightliner FCOC chassis. Mark did his "homework" ahead of the visit by contacting Newmar to understand the nuances of our RV related to the engine start process. He tested the relays, capacitors and starter as good and within 90 minutes was able to identify the issue through the engine computer. With over 8000 service calls, he also has perhaps THE essential tool, his canny ability to quickly assess the situation and propose a strategy to properly diagnose the issue (saving his clients down time and $$$).
