I first contacted Mobile Diagnostic Imaging on April 14 to schedule a mobile ultrasound for my disabled son. They were quick to respond and send the necessary forms, but after completing and returning them, I never heard back with an appointment, which is promised within 2-3 days on their website. They did not return my phone calls, emails or voicemails, and my son has not yet had an ultrasound, 2 months later. The lack of professionalism is disappointing.
