I wish I could give 0 stars. My grandmother passed away and they called to book an appointment and once we advised that she had passed away their response was “oh well the system hasn’t been updated”. They then called AGAIN a few days later to book an appointment for her and after telling them how disrespect and/or incompetent they are for either not updating or reading the system or not caring, we hung up. MDCA were absolutely fabulous to deal with. They were professional, kind, extremely responsive, and provided an exceptional product. They looked after my mum so well and with great care in her nursing home. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

The team were great and easy to communicate with. They came out to the nursing home which was much more convenient. My wife’s grandmother was happy with the dentist also
