My mum needed a dental treatment including extractions and fillings. The dentists came to the nursing home and provided an excellent, professional job. They were caring and patient with my 90 y.o. mum and were very efficient.
I found the service provided was of the highest level. I can’t speak more highly of the care taken by Tim to reassure Thelma throughout the treatment. The promptness of Tim in regards appointment times was excellent. The transition from old dentures to new has been seamless.
I wish I could give 0 stars. My grandmother passed away and they called to book an appointment and once we advised that she had passed away their response was “oh well the system hasn’t been updated”. They then called AGAIN a few days later to book an appointment for her and after telling them how disrespect and/or incompetent they are for either not updating or reading the system or not caring, we hung up. MDCA were absolutely fabulous to deal with. They were professional, kind, extremely responsive, and provided an exceptional product. They looked after my mum so well and with great care in her nursing home. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
