I went into the office today to renew my tag. The representative who initially helped me was extremely helpful, patient, and informative, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I asked to speak with the supervisor, Suzie S. My insurance had unknowingly lapsed for 5 days, resulting in an additional $200 fee and bringing my total to $403 for a new sticker.
