Knowledgable staff – I have a 17 year old Mercedes convertible that several shops failed in attempting to repair or replace my radio. I was told by many shops that the entire system system needed to be replaced. The techs at Mobile Concepts told me they could replace my radio but would need to rewire the speakers and NO OTHER equipment would be needed. They were right...it took a few hours by it sounds great...just wish they were closer to Elgin!!
not a very good place to bring your vehicle – went to have remote start installed. after it was done and i was driving away my alarm kept sounding. i brought it back and they fixed it. (what they did was disconnect the alarm) i brought it back the next day and they reconnected the alarm. User review by moodyplum – Had an alarm and remote start installed. After many numerous problems with either the car not starting or the alarm tripping and having Mobile Concepts take a look at it and 'fix' it, we took it to another place who in turn rewired the whole thing. Turns out the installation was a hack job and the wiring was all wrong. Once it was rewired, we had no problems.
