This company will rip you off.they are unprofessional.they hire felons and paroles. One of the drivers is a registered sex offender. The Trucks are so old. They leak oil! The truck leaked all over my driveway. I wouldn't trust this company with my cars. Use at your own risk!

Take my advice and go anywhere else because mobile city will rip you off on price.

Knowledgeable – Henry responded to my roadside assistance call. It took about an hour for him to arrive - however this was also during rush hour traffic. He had me on the way within 5 minutes, dropped the car off as promised - in a very tight spot - it was amazing how he rapidly maneuvered the vehicle into place. I had no worries. I would use them again. 24 hour service is another plus. I saved the number in my cell just in case I needed another wrecker.

The Best – I had an accident in which both left tires were ruptured and Greg responded to the calll. He was courteous, efficient and knew what he was doing. He wasted no time in getting things undercontrol and soon we were at Costco where I had new tires on in less than an hour. He made the situation as pleasant as possible under the cirumstnces. He didn't smoke in the cab as I rode with him, many do and it is offensive.
