One of the windows of my SUV was shattered by a thief in San Francisco in the late afternoon. I then went to Safelite and got a quote to repair the window for almost $500. I shopped around, and I found Mobile City Auto Glass and gave them a call. Oscar quoted me $275, so I accepted, and he came promptly the next morning, on time, to fix the window. Truly prompt and professional service. I called yesterday, and Oscar was able to come in today with not one but two different windshields (just in case as I wasn't sure about a rain sensor function). In and out in less than 1.5 hr. He advised on what I should do afterwards (not wash, remove tape, etc.), and was overall a very good experience. Will highly recommend.
Oscar was very kind and professional. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely go through him again.
Great customer service. Fair price, and friendly staff. Had a break in on Saturday night, Oscar took care of me on Sunday morning.
