Loosing your pet is truly one of the most heartbreaking experiences you will ever go through, and Karin and Dr. Libby Hays made it the absolute best it could have been. Karin (the scheduler) has one of the kindest hearts and she took our call while we were sobbing and calmly walked us through the entire process, and just made us feel at peace knowing we were making the right decision. Very helpful in answering my questions and they got back to me quickly. Very sensitive to my pet's end of life needs. Dr. L came to my house and I was able to say goodbye to my baby in our favorite rocking chair. ❤️💔❤️
