This shop is blatantly scamming customers. I bought a screen protector last week for $15 and when my wife went to the same location in front of Telus, they charged her three times that price for the exact same item. Clearly, they change prices depending on who’s in front of them — that’s dishonest and unacceptable. It gets worse: this place used to be called Mobile Care, and now it’s Mobile Clinic. Full of scammers. The bearded guy said it would take 15 minutes to replace my phone battery and it took him over an hour, he was taking his sweet time. He told me it would be $90 but then the charge ended up being $140? He said it was because I needed a special battery for an extra $40 but that sounds like a load of bs. He also had to take off my screen protector to change the battery and I had to get a new one added on. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
They charged us 200 cad for 2 screen protectors and 2 phone cases. The quality was terrible and they didn't even apply the screen protector correctly. There's much better places out there so save your money 🙏.
