Got sent to here by Telus to get my phone screen repaired and was told by both stores with my warranty it would cost me 20$.. I drove 1 1/2hrs to mobile care which then replaced my screen then told me the price was 345$ I told them I wasn’t paying that and they said I had to since they already did the work. Then noticed afterwards that my screen was lifting off my of phone and not sealed on there I brought it back and told them to to fix it and they offered a refund and put my old screen back on as it was only scratched.. I visited Mobile Care Center on October 20, 2025 to replace the screen on my iPhone 15 Pro. The first screen they installed was very poor quality. The brightness kept changing by itself, the colors looked grey, and sometimes the phone would not turn on even when I tapped the screen two times. I came back to the store and asked them to check it, but they tried to convince me that this was normal and did not want to replace the screen. I had to insist before they agreed to change it. Mobile care did everything that they could in an attempt to recover some photos from my phone that died unexpectedly. Unfortunately the issue couldn't be fixed and I couldn't get my photos but I was also not charged for the service due to it not being successful even though they tried multiple fixes. I appreciate this and they will be the first stop when I need something and the first recommendation for anyone asking me about cell phone repairs.
