My daughter recently had her phone repaired at Mobile Care and I can not say enough positive things about Yogi, who patiently took the time to repair her phone and talk her through - step by step - what she needed to do to 'protect' her phone in the future. The sales associate was very nice and helpful, I went there last Sunday and it was a great visit. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Exceptional customer service with great quality products. I went in to buy an iPad case. Recommend!!
WORST SERVICE EVER. On Saturday I brought my iPhone 12 in for a screen replacement. Everything worked fine on my phone before hand. Within 24 hours the back camera stopped working, contacted them and they offered to fix it after the holidays and said they’d never had this happen before. that night I contacted them again as the screen started lagging and the touch screen wasn’t working in certain spots and they said bring it in next day.
