Had the display replaced on my iphone. Was told at the time of repair that there was a 6 month warranty. If for any reason it stopped working they would replace it. Two weeks later, while using the phone the screen glitched, turned grey, then went black again. Took it in for warranty and was told, oh that isn't on warranty, it must have been dropped and broken. The phone had not been dropped. 250 bucks out the window. Not impressed.

I dropped my new Galaxy S25 this morning. I was devastated. I took it to Mobile Care. Immediately he said.. "It's just the screen protector, it did its job" He replaced it right away. Only 35.00. A bargain. I feel so relieved. Nothing worse than a cracked screen. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

I never leave reviews but Kishan was awesome; he was more helpful than I ever could have hoped. He spent over an hour rescuing my phone from extensive water damage after I was told by other stores that they couldn't do anything, and he was able to save all my data/pictures as well as get me the best deal for a refurbished phone, phone plan and screen protector with all my content restored. I am really grateful and 10/10 recommend this place to anyone :)

I came back after dropping my phone off and when I picked it up to look at it, they really wanted me to give it back to them because they didn’t want me to hold it and break it before they get a case on it which was understandable, but when I got home, I noticed the corner looked funky So I took the case off and the corner isn’t even in place it’s popped out
