Everyone here is very very pleasant and friendly. The front desk staff is very nice. Michele Gervase is who I saw for my visit. She’s wonderful and very nice. Answered all of my questions and then some. Very pleased with this office. I felt safe, seen and heard!!!! 10/10 experience and definitely recommend this office to everyone!!
I am a person that avoids going to the doctor's office as much as possible. Recently my primary care shut down and referred all its patients here. It was a bit of a drive for me, but the changeover was convenient. I went for the first time this morning for a checkup and for another issue and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Please know your rights if you opt to patron this practice. A routine new patient appointment, first interaction with their receptionist upon walking in the door "who are you" followed by ill informed information about the visit and her walking around the office in socks. Then, hearing multiple voices complaining about a patient in the waiting room who asked to speak to them should have been red flag number two to bail entirely. The girls at the front desk were a pleasure to deal with. Smiling and bubbly personalities. Easy process to check in as a new patient. The medical assistant was very nice and took her time getting my information and updates she needed from me. Michele was fantastic! Very informative and knowledgeable. Very easy going and super thorough!
After searching for a primary care practice for some time, I discovered Nutmeg Primary Care in Kent. I made a first appointment with JudyLynn Furlow a few months ago, and have had a few appointments with her since. JudyLynn has patiently brought together all the information from my other medical specialist. I had an excellent appointment with JudyLynn recently. I was prepared with questions, and she listened very carefully. I truly appreciate the suggestions JudyLynn made, her honesty, and her support.
