I had my phone screen replaced at Mobile Care in Oshawa Centre — the repair itself was done quickly and the quality of the screen replacement was good, which I appreciated. However, my issue is with the screen protector they sold me. They claimed it had a lifetime warranty and made it sound like it was a high-quality, hassle-free product. Went in, got a phone case for my new phone. It looked great. That being said, the magnet didn't work. Went back the next day and he switched it with a different case and threw in two sticker magnets that I could use if I had any other issues. Great customer service. I also purchased a screen protector for the screen and camera side when originally there and he applied it perfectly. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend.
I was at this store and Junaid and he was awesome. I sold my old phones to them and they gave me a decent price for my old iPhones. All the staffs there are so nice, very friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this place for any mobile fixing or if you need any accessories for your phones.
Absolutely amazing service and knowledge. Mr.Junaid replaced my phone's battery in less than 30 mins and it's working as new now! I also had a few other problems with my phone's screen protector and he was excellent at explaining & fixing the issue. Would strongly recommend this store for any phone repairs- screen repair, battery issue. Excellent service. thank you for fixing my phone.
They looked at my phone right away and fixed the charging port issue in 5 mins. Best part, they didn’t charge me anything for it. I went to the other shop around the corner earlier and they were asking $150. Would recommend 👍
