Edited review : After just one month, the screen developed dead pixels. They claimed it was caused by physical damage (despite there being no cracks in the screen) and refused to replace it, even though I had a 90-day warranty. I’ve used Apple products for over 15 years and have never experienced dead pixels on an iPhone screen. Very disappointing. Original review Syed was lovely! Fast professional service and fixed my phone screen so quickly ! Would recommended !

I had a very disappointing experience with Oshawa Mobile Care Clinic and unfortunately cannot recommend them based on the service I received. My original visit was because I had dropped my phone, causing the display to stop working. When I brought it in, I made it very clear that the battery had also been having problems for a long time before the drop and asked them to investigate that issue as well. I visited the store to get a phone repaired after some water damage and the experience was fantastic. Both Junaid and Syed helped diagnose and resolve the issue. If you talk to either Junaid or Syed, they will take care of you. They're friendly, genuine and very knowledgeable. Beyond grateful for the help they provided. If you have any phone issues whatsoever, this is the place to visit!
Syed did a wonderful job. He retrieved all my data and transferred it to my new phone when every place else said it couldn't be done. He was pleasant and conscientious. I highly recommend him.
