I had my phone screen replaced at Mobile Care in Oshawa Centre — the repair itself was done quickly and the quality of the screen replacement was good, which I appreciated. However, my issue is with the screen protector they sold me. They claimed it had a lifetime warranty and made it sound like it was a high-quality, hassle-free product. Went in, got a phone case for my new phone. It looked great. That being said, the magnet didn't work. Went back the next day and he switched it with a different case and threw in two sticker magnets that I could use if I had any other issues. Great customer service. I also purchased a screen protector for the screen and camera side when originally there and he applied it perfectly. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend.
I was at this store and Junaid and he was awesome. I sold my old phones to them and they gave me a decent price for my old iPhones. All the staffs there are so nice, very friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this place for any mobile fixing or if you need any accessories for your phones.
I went to THREE other stores in the mall and no one could replace the battery on my ancient MacBook 12 inch from 2016. After sitting with multiple “technicians” for days, Junaid completed the replacement in less than 45 mins. Thank you, J.
