We have had the most pleasant experiences with this company. My Aunt is transported by multiple companies in this area, the crews are well trained and compassionate, which is a lot more than I can say for their competitors. We have had a few different crews, but Claire and Maddison stand out to us, they were attentive to my Aunt's needs, avoided potholes whenever possible and even though she could not communicate her discomfort, these girls did everything they could to pinpoint the problem and make her more comfortable. This service is something people people don't think ahead about. Then suddenly you are ina hospital or skilled care, incapacitated an nees transport for tests, procedures etc etc. Somebody else is deciding who does the transport. The quality of service is the luck of the draw.....I am very lucky that Mobile Care is the provider. Pelvis fractured in 4 placesplus just diagnosed with lung cancer.
