If you ever need your phone fixed I recommend going to Ali. His customer service is excellent he helped me out with my phone. I had thought my phone had a battery issue and was planning on getting it fixed but Ali was able to fix my phone and found out there was nothing actually wrong with my phone battery it was just a minor issue. He saved me from having to spend a lot of money. Ali is the best!
Hello, I went to see Virkas on Thursday Sept 11th around 6:30 pm. He spent almost 2 hrs transferring my data from my old (Huwaie) phone to my new Pixel 9. He was very patient, kind & showed me stuff on my phone since I am not very tech savvy. It was definitely worth time & money. That is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & CARE. Extremely disappointed with Mobile Care at Coquitlam Centre. On July 24, I brought in my Samsung S21 FE after it stopped charging and detecting my SIM card. The technician, Omar, quoted $150 + tax for the repair — which I reluctantly paid, needing a fast fix. The next day, I found two other stores in the same mall charging only $50 for the exact same service. I returned to ask about the huge price difference. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my mother received at the MobileCare store located at Sherway Gardens Mall. My mother, a senior with limited income, visited the store with the intent of having her phone’s screen replaced.
