Terrible customer service. They only want money, no support after the sale. This shop sold me a defective phone and refused to take responsibility. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Waste of time and money.
Brought my iPhone 16 to replace back glass. Paid $260~ Got scratch inside my camera after replacement Several damage on aluminium frame around. Not recommended. Avoid at any cost. Had to buy a new phone. As a business owner I need to have clean, non-scratched phone, to look good for my clients. They made my phone look like “Frankenstein”, assembled from different parts… bad job. Very bad job. Not happy. AVOID !!!!!!
