BEWARE, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. They dont actually care, they dont know how to communicate, and they dont know how to honor their word. my brother brought in his phone for only a screen replacement. left with a screen that doesnt work after leaving the store. went back and was told theyd fix it AND GIVE THEM A REFUND (see photos) but to come back the next day... we go the next day, and was told its not ready come back tomorrow, we go back the THIRD time.. they said they will not be giving a refund even with the sign... read more
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is nothing but a bunch of scammers and liars. Do NOT waste your time or money here. I brought my phone in for a simple screen replacement — something they should have no problem doing — but they gave me a faulty screen that caused my phone to constantly shut off every two minutes. Never go here! I went to Mobile Care at Coquitlam Centre to get my phone fixed for an overheating problem. They told me that it would take about 2-3 days to get my phone fixed and would cost $150. 4 days had then passed and I was not contacted about my phone so I called the store and was told that it would take another 2 days. After those 2 days I had still not been contacted about my phone so I went into the store where I was told it would take a few more days and they would call me when my phone was fixed.
