Wonderful service
I had a really bad experience at Mobile Care in Cambridge Mall. I bought a screen guard for my phone for $35, and they clearly told me it came with a lifetime warranty. When the screen guard broke and I went back to exchange it, they did not explain anything properly and charged me an extra $11. This was never mentioned at the time of purchase. And the new mobile glass protector they give to me with extra charges has also very bad quality, even my fingerprint lock is also not working with it. This feels misleading and unprof... read more
