They fixed my phone to my satisfaction. I had trouble looking for a place that can fix the phone mode I have (Samsung S10e) which I needed it's charging port fixed and a new battery, and after while I finally tried this place which they said they'd be able to. It was pretty straight forward, I paid in advanced to cover the parts they needed to order which took about 4 days to come in and when I brought it to be fixed it was only about a 2 and a half hour wait. BUYERS, BEWARE. If it was possible to give less than a star, I would. My son of 16 purchased a phone from this place the female employee told him that if the phone did not suit his purpose or if anything was wrong with it, it could be returned within 30 days. He purchased this phone for $300 after only having it less than a week he found that it did not suit his purpose and wasn't running smoothly. I brought my phone in to get screen fixed and ever since I've had it back I've had nothing but problems with it . It keeps telling me that im not registered on a network , calls keep getting dropped and text messages won't send... I replaced my SIM card and im still having issues I do not recommend this store to anyone...
