Paul was awesome visited our property the day after calling him he was friendly explaining he knew exactly what was wrong with my awning fixing the issue in minutes no parts needed just $50 call out charge.
5 weeks since he was supposed to come out to fixes a leak still waiting no messages or phone calls pretty piss poor. He said he would have to cut the module and get another one made. But I fixed it myself with out cutting anything and it cost me $20. So be careful everyone about getting ripped out
Can't thank Paul enough for replacing the bracket on our awning and helping seal a small hole on our roof on what was already a busy day for him. Paul's professional, personable and knows what he's doing. Great attitude and a truly decent bloke. Thanks a bunch :)
