They don’t take accountability for poor job. The head seat is not aligned properly, it is saggy, and several parts are completely out of place.

Great company with great services!
Unfortunately my car dealership subs out work to this company. Used them for a blind spot detection system install. Haven’t had a day yet where it works as intended. Doesn’t blink when it should. Beeps when it shouldn’t. Considering they had to drive it 25 miles back to the dealership when complete, I assume they were well aware of how poorly it performs. Sales manager Crossman was an absolute professional, greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to search the best product for my needs, and explained the entire process, then proceeded to schedule me an appointment for two weeks in the future.
