Very frustrating been trying to book since last Thursday, kept changing appointment then cancelled at last minute. Didn't let me know until 20 minutes before the appointment time that he would not be coming. I organised my day around it and emptied the car and made sure I was home then got an email saying he won't be coming. No apology quite rude and careless communication.
I am with Shane Dix, communication was only by email and very limited proper use of the English language. I still made the booking for this week, left my car unlocked out on driveway before I went to work only to come home and find that Brad was a no-show. No call, email, text, to say he would not be coming. I still haven't heard from him and as someone that has been self employed for over 30 yrs find it extraordinary that people think that is the norm.
