I am with Shane Dix, communication was only by email and very limited proper use of the English language. I still made the booking for this week, left my car unlocked out on driveway before I went to work only to come home and find that Brad was a no-show. No call, email, text, to say he would not be coming. Made a booking two weeks ago to have my car cleaned today. Received an email at 640 reading: “My apologies Have make another day Brad Fri or Saturday” As a small business owner I understand things come up and plans change but letting your customer know the morning of that you won’t be coming and to book another day is unprofessional and lazy. The email is lazy and written as though he is half asleep. I won’t be able to book again as I no longer trust that this guy is reliable.
