Very unprofessional and with little or no knowledge of what he does. Paid almost 4k for my new sound just to have a trash of work done by this guy to the point that I had to disconnect everything to go back to the truck fabric system again . While redoing his job I noticed many wires peeled and the way he did the wiring was terrible no wonder why it sounded terrible even worse. I've had this guy work on my car before. Did a great job. He knows his stuff and that's the reasoning for 2 stars. But what I've noticed is that he never returns calls or follows through. He would tell me to text him info or pics, then I hear nothing back. Happened a few times already. I've wanted a dashcam installed and I reached out, nothing back. Tried to make an appointment and they just stopped communicating with me. So, I drove to the shop and waited 20 minutes in front and the store remained closed although they said they were open. All of this took place after I was told they would not help me because they only do appointments on weekends. I waited until it was a weekday and still no answer.
