This business is in San Marcos , not in Encinitas as advertised. They were no show and no call as to the time they gave. Liz made a lot of excuses ,but refused to tie down a time after they fouled up their schedule. If there work is as bad as the customer experience they offer BEWARE!!. Their idea is you wait 6 hours for them and they are doing you a favor fixing your bumper. They finally showed up 4.5 hours late. Then claimed all they do is minor bumper repairs. Well some of us don’t have don’t have good luck like me. I called them and Liz the operations manager took excellent care of me, I sent her some pictures gave me a quote instantly and was able to schedule me to get my car fixed within minutes. The technican, Hugo was great and I am beyond satisfied with their work! Highly recommend.
