First thing he did was step on the upholstery with his dirty shoes. Was going to leave my boat a mess until I provided a vacuum to clean up after himself. Broke a screw and scratched up the window trim and didn't put it back. I had to take the windshield off and clearance the speaker so it didn't break the windshield. Only good thing is the system sounds good, way over priced labor for the quality
