I am extremely disappointed by the lack of integrity these people have. I had their tech come out to replace a sensor. He spent 2 hours replacing it and then said it didn't work so he'd have to spend another 2 hours to put the old one back in. He said he had to remove the console and that it was difficult to get to which is why it would take so long. I was just cleaning out my car and noticed that the sensor is right under my passenger seat and just plugs in. I could have done it myself in under 10 minutes, but I was charged... read more

Jacob called to schedule after my body shop hired him to reprogram my Toyota. He was considerate of my schedule, very flexible, arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. When he got there, he figured out that we lived in an area that was not very level, so He had the presence of mind to suggest that we move the car to a level spot so he could accurately calibrate it.
