1 star. I had spoken with TWO mechanics about a serpentine belt, both of whom were extremely nice on the phone. The first mechanic was FIVE HOURS LATE, and did NOT call to let me know, and as such, we rescheduled for the next day. He did not show up to that appointment either. I called the company and they sent over Luis, he was also very nice. He was 3 hours late, WITH A KID. He did part of the job, did not fully test that it was properly done, took my money, and left. Chris is fast and efficient. He had changed my starter and had my car running again in less that 2 hours. It was relatively pretty cheap as well. Definitely 5 star service.

Had a pre purchase inspection from Chris, he helped me out and did a phenomenal job. Amazing service highly recommend
