My car battery suddenly stopped working for the thousandth time since I bought it in 2019(it’s a 2018 civic). I had work at 2 and I called Stephen at 12:30. He was able to fit me into his work day and he was able to cooperate and coordinate with my very difficult situation. He is the only one in 5 years to be able to give me an actual diagnosis on why my car keeps dying rather than saying I have a bad battery. Stephen did an incredible job helping me.
