Horrible service showed up 30 mins late ... did not want to work ..talked on the phone more then tried to fix my car. beat on my starter an said i think that's it .... then didn't want to change it for me or look further into it ....the only tool he pulled out was a jack Handel to beat on the starter .. never got the car started or told me what was wrong he never really tried ... waisted a day I took off work ..waisted time an money take ur car anywhere elce u can get this service from a stranger at a gas station
I don't know how he got five stars, if he's not professional, i have an appointment, he doesn't call back to cancel, or if he's not available, he just says, "I call him. I text him many times and he's not answering back to me."
The repair tech came in less than 10 minutes of me calling them. Very professional and friendly. Prices are very fair. He explained everything so I could easily comprehend what he was telling me.
