I contacted this company in need of help with my truck. Ready to pay for someone to diagnose and repair, someone named luckett took the time to ask as many questions possible to familiarize with issue then gave advice on what to try to potentially save me the cost of repairs. He could have just came and fixed my truck and I'd be happy but now I feel like he has gone above expectations, all this on Sunday while he out of town wow !! Thanks luckett
Didn’t show up
A mechanic by the name of Tracie came out from Mobile Auto Repair and help me install a OEM turbo on a 2016 Chevy Cruze limited 1.4L. Mind you it started raining, storming, it was dark out and this Man GOT IT DONE! I got the help I so desperately needed. The price was well within what I budgeted for, So all in all.... Thank you Tracie and the folks from Mobile Auto Repair!
They sent me a mechanic who promised to call me at a later date to fix a problem he caused or didn’t know how to handle at that time. Never heard anything from them after weeks of calling and begging. He caused a thousand dollar worth of damage in repair cost at another professional business. Saw him weeks later and he laughed in my face. I aid upfront and never got my money back nor car fixed. Just all around bad business. I’m here only too warn others do not do business with this company.
In the beginning the communication was good, he said he would be able to fix my son’s mirror, and even showed me how to look up parts for it. I paid the $50 fee that he said would go towards him fixing the mirror. I texted to let him know when the mirror will be in and if he can come to fix it then and once the part came in I let him know and he said he could come in the morning.
