Firstly, these negative reviews should not be given much weight... it was made very clear to us that there was a fee for Sam to drive all of the way from where he was, to us and to diagnose the issue. You can't expect a small company to absorb this cost if you decide not to proceed with repairs. Sam was the only repair person willing to help us on New Years Day. All Mountain RV is going to be an invoice you won't be too excited about, unless you are in an emergency situation without the ability to fix your situation you are challenged with. The fee just to visit is a high cost of doing business all over the mountain, and the cost of parts are elevated quite higher than waiting to receive them thru an online vendor, or in the valley. Jason came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part, waited about 10 days for the part. Jason scheduled my appointment to fix my RV for Friday. But got sick on Friday, but came out Saturday and fixed it within a half hour. Very happy with his willingness to answer other questions and give advice.

Caution: never pay this business or any auto-repair business upfront. Called Sam to repair my mother's RV. He came, took my mother's money upfront, left, never returned with replacement RV part. Comment: by the way, my mother paid full price for full repair. Caution: never pay this business or any auto-repair business upfront. BEWARE. Came to look at our RV water heater over a week ago, diagnosed the issue, took $210.00 from us and said he would order the part, and we haven't heard a thing since. Will not return phone calls or messages. Owner said he was going to order the part which would be in Wednesday or Thursday of the following week and he would be back then.
