I highly recommend Mobil Audio and Alarm. They had me in and out in less than an hour. The older gentleman behind the counter (I think he was the owner), was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and his staff was professional and did a great job. Great people to deal with the most helpful people that I have met in Chicago went in with a problem with my remote start came out with a working remote start and a smile I didn't get robbed like Mr. Custom wanted to do me forever a customer now thanks mobil audio
I had horrible experience with this place. Six months ago I had a remote start installed by them and had nothing but problems with it. My latest issue is the the system drains my car battery so much so if the car is not driven daily, the battery dies. I went back today to get this resolved but after receiving rude and unprofessional treatment I decided not to trust them with my car. I will have the remote start removed by someone else and don't plan on going there again. Stay away from them. More horror stories are available... read more
