4 pm today, a Friday, I’m an hour out with a trashed 7-pin trailer connector, and owner, Steve, says to come on. He goes to NAPA before I get there to buy a new connector, then in temps above 100, fixes my harness and explains and tests it before reassembling. Such a great and honest guy. Do not hesitate to use him for your electrical needs.

Even though he didn’t have the parts I needed, he immediately jumped in and started troubleshooting with me — with absolutely no obligation and without asking for anything in return.
